The slaughter values of Hungarian Fleckvieh x Hungarian Grey F1, F1 x Charolais and F1 x Limousin bulls was compared with those of purebred Hungarian Fleckvieh bulls. The Hungarian Fleckvieh x Hungarian Grey lags behind the Hungarian Fleckvieh in slaughter percentage. The end product genotypes surpass it by 2.8-3.1 o/o. The abdominal tallow is less favourable in the crossbred animals. The ratio of boneless meat nearly matches that of the Hungarian Fleckvieh. In the conventional fattening, howewer, the end product genotypes figure better /2.5-4.7 o/o/. The percentual value of the boned tallow does not approach the Hungarian Fleckvieh. The F1, on the contrary, surpasses it. The F1 x Charolais and the Hungarian Fleckvieh are nearly on the same level in the daily living mass production. The F1 and the F1 x Limousin lag behind it. The same tendency also manifests itself it the net mass increase and the daily boneless meat production. The confirmation of the Hungarian Grey was qualified as disadvantageous at the morphologic judgement carried out on living animals and the results are nearly the same for the slaughtered ones.
