[Study on the tissue culture of Actinidia chinensis]

The method of tissue culture for several organs of Actinidia chinensis, and possibility of its reproduction in vitro were studied. From a 3 year-old tree, 1-2 year-old branch was cut, and sterilized to induce firstly callus from the combination of different plant hormones and MS.W.N6 medium. The callus was made to be divided, and the plant differentiated. The basic medium was MS, and density of plant hormone was IAA 1-2 mg/l, 6-BA, 2-4 mg/l. For the modification of roots from the embryo, the basal part of embryo should be treated in IBA 40 ppm
