This study was conducted to determine the effects of ethrel applied at various concentrations on the flowering and fruit setting of pineapple. A randomized complete block design was used with three replications. Each replication had five treatments with 10 samples per treatment. The different ethrel concentrations were as follows: 0, 250, 500, 750, and 1000 ppm. The different ethrel concentrations highly influenced the percentage flowering, number of days to flower, percentage fruit set, and the number of days to change the color of the flower. Among the treatments, it was found that 1000 ppm concentration of ethrel was the most effective with percentage flowering of 93.3%.
