This study was conducted to determine the incidence and chemical control of pink disease of citrus caused by Corticium salmanicolor B. and Br. at USM [University of Southern Mindanao], Kabacan, Cotabato (Philippines). Pink disease occurred in four citrus plantations of USM. The highest percentage and severity infections had means of 37% and 17%, respectively. There was a significant effect among the different levels of two fungicides evaluated to control pink disease of citrus. Also, reduced rate of the fungicides used based on recommended rate controlled pink disease of citrus. Moreover, Vitigram Blue and Copper Fungicide 50 WP showed efficacy of preventing development of pink disease as indicated by the drying of infected parts and decrease in lesion incidence.
