[Initial study of interaction between cork and aged brandy]

إنجليزي. Two sorts of corks of different kinds, with four finish technics, was tested in the corking of the same bottled brandy. These different modalities, remain unchanged during two years, with concern to the positioning of the bottle, up and lay-down, the corks and brandies were analysed at the end of six, twelve and twenty four months. Statistics show a marked difference, fairly to the proportion of dissolved oxygen in the brandies and in the extent of the imbibition, weight and moisture of cork, giving information about the type of cork, its finishing and quality, as well as to the following of these studies
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]البرتغالية. Dois tipos de rolhas de diferentes qualidades, com quatro tecnicas de acabamento, foram ensaiadas no rolhamento da mesma aguardente em garrafa. Estas diferentes modalidades, permaneceram ao longo de dois anos, no respeitante ao posicionamento da garrafa, em pe e deitadas, tendo sido analisadas as aguardentes e as rolhas ao fim de seis, doze e vinte e quatro meses. Detectaram-se diferencas estatisticamente significativas, em algumas modalidades, no respeitante ao teor em oxigenio dissolvido das aguardentes e na extensao dos repasses, peso e humidade das rolhas, fornecendo indicacoes, tanto para o tipo de rolha, seu acabamento e qualidade da cortica, como para o prosseguimento destes estudos
