With respect to the net income that had been derived from the fixed cost and variable cash and non-cash cost, the incremental net income of the wet season crops as sweet corn, yardlong bean and sweet pea were estimated to be 106.80; 49.65 and 122.72 baht per rai respectively. If respect to only variable cash were estimated to be 132.30; 82.00 and 98.11 baht per rai respectively. In estimation of the indicators of economic worthiness of the project, the discount rate of 12 % and the project life of 25 years had been used. With the net income that had been derived from the fixed cost and variable cash and non-cash cost the net present value was 13; 162; 120.00 baht; the benefit-cost ratio was 1.27 and the internal rate of return was 17.31 %. Thus, it can be concluded that this project is economically justified.
