Yield, gluten content and sedimentation value of 25 Yugoslav winter wheat varietes were tested in 3 years and 4 different agroecologic conditions. Yield, gluten content and sedimentation value varied in dependence on years and locality. There are varieties wich had high yield in some years and localities, but in other localities and years varieties didn't keep that level of yield. Gluten content and sedimentation value varied in dependence on years and locality, too. During 1986 - 1988. varieties: Yugoslavia, Srbijanka, Jednota, KG-56, Poljarka, Zagrebcanka 2, Pomoravka, Oplenka, Zvezda, Zagrebcanka and Kosava had the highest yield. Osjecanka, Zitarka, Slavonija and Kosava had the highest moist gluten content. Poljarka, Duga, Slavonija, Jednota, KG-56, Oplenka and Ljubicevka had the highest sedimentation value.
