Effect of fertilization and irrigation on mineral element contents and aminoacid composition of peas. 2. Zn and Cu contents
1992
Gyori, Z. | Bocz, E. (Agrartud. Egyet., Debrecen (Hungary))
In the seed yield of the pea variety IP-3, the Zn content dropped with increasing NPK fertilizer rates. The effect was less pronounced in irrigated treatments. At the medium NPK rate applied in the experiments (N 60, P2O5 90, K2O 106 kgk/ha) leaf spraying increased the Zn content, while at higher rates the effect was not significant. Stable manure only had a really significant effect when applied in combination with the above-mentioned fertilizer rate, since in this case the Zn content of the peas equalled or exceeded the level of the absolute control.
