Evaluation and utilization of new germplasm. 5. Criteria for short term storage. 6. Criteria for long term storage. 7. Classification of materials. 8. International germplasm testing (mechanics including collation of information). 9. Information for inclusion in an International Data Bank. 10. Germplasm availability and distribution
