Effect of feed antibiotics on blood morphotic and mineral components, and on meat quality in broiler chickens

An experiment on broiler chickens given a diet supplemented with Zn-bacitracin, avoparcin, lincomycin, flavomycin and virginiamycin was carried out. The higher weight gains by 4-6 percent and feed conversion efficiency by 2-3.5 percent in chickens given the antibiotic supplemented diet than in those given Zn-bacitracin in diet was stated. The effect of feed antibiotics on blood traits and carcass dressing percentage as well as on meat quality in broiler chickens was obtained
