It was found that ash doses of 150 to 1800 t/ha introduced condiserable amounts of macro- and micronutrients. They lowered soil acidity, and the highest doses, resulted in soil alkalization. However, high ash doses introduced also the elaments considered as harmful, such as arsenic, selenium, cadmium and lead. Soil fertilization with Azofoska, birch bark and manure increased content of potassium and magnesium in the soil
