Digestibility and nitrogen balance in pigs fed a compound feed containing blue lupine seeds of Kazan cultivar

Balance experiments on fattened pigs fed diet containing of 4-12 percent of blue lupine seeds were carried out. The negative correlation between the diet blue lupine seed content and protein, fat and organic matter digestibility in pigs was stated. No effect of diet blue lupine seed content on nitrogen retention in pigs was noted
