[Effect of different doses of trace elements on their accumulation in maize and pea]

Dubikovskij, G.P. | Doroshkevich, E.I. | Kovalevich, Z.S.
The effect of artificially created concentrations of trace elements in soil and their accumulation in maize and pea was studied under the conditions of the field multifactor experiments on sod podzolic sandy light-loamy soils. The range of boron and molybdenum dose was changed from 0.5 to 3.0, copper - from 2.5 to 15, zinc - from 2.5 to 24.0 kg per ha. The intensive accumulation of molybdenum and to some extent boron is noticed in the quantity which is higher than maximum permissible concentration. The content of copper and zinc in the tested dose ranges did not lead to considerable changes of their concentration in maize and pea plants. The increase of nitrogen fertilizer doses resulted in the higher copper accumulation in maize
