The analysis of the relation between the number of workers and production results at 140 newly-built farms for cows in Slovakia shows the considerable differences in the labour effectiveness. Labour productivity measured by the yearly amount of produced milk per one worker, achieved 24,973-78,468 litres, in on-farm production workers 39,765-126,613 litres. The animal attendance standard says 9.72-20.73 animals. Farm attendants attended 10.70-30.86 cows.
