Relationships between different levels of population of Rotylenchulus reniformis and yield of soybean were studied in pots under nursery condition. The experiments were planned by using RCB, 5 replications and 5 levels of nematodes at 0, 10,000, 20,000 and 40,000 larva to determine growth and yield of soybean. The plant height stem weight, number and weight of pods were decreased. The yield reduction was correlated with increasing of nematode number. The dry weights of soybean seeds were reduced 14.8, 17.8, 42.3 and 70.4 %, respectively.
