The production of new broiler hybrids using reciprocal mating among different meat type inbred lines

A number of reciprocal matings were performed among different lines of grandparent stock which were derived from meat-type inbred lines developed in Iraq. The results indicated that some of the hybrids derived from the reciprocal matings showed an encouraging performance as compared to that obtained from Fao-bro-1 or the imported hybrids
