Changes in organic carbon and total fertilization content in light soil under the influence of mineral fertilization of grasses in field cultivation

After three years of the studies, organic carbon content in soil decreased as compared to the initial value. However, after five years the content increased by 8.6 percent under Dactylis glomerata. Total nitrogen content in soil at initial period of the investigations increased, whereas after five years decreased and similar level under both grass (Dactylis glomerata and Bromus unioloides) cultivations was noted.
