Because of protein quality and because of the various utilization, the soybean has been extended on podzolic soils. With the object of obtaining superior yields, it is necessary to assure the nitrogen from more sources (organic, mineral and symbiotic). At the same time it is necessary to improve the chemical qualities (by addition of limestone). A new technology of soybean cultivation is presented in this paper. The technology includes the utilization of the remanent effect of manure, of the low mineral nitrogen rate by 50 percent and bacterization with efficient bacteria strains. As regards the symbiosis, only in 1991 a big number of nodosities per plant and a big percentage of plants with nodosities was obtained and the kernel yield was on an average of 3 years with 161 kg/ha significantly higher than by the classic technology (without bacterization). Sowing of bacterizated soybean must not be done at low temperatures but on normal densities, so that symbiosis can form and work under normal conditions
