The questions are discussed Micromonospora spp. distribution on the vertical structure of principal types biogeozenoses. It was shown that the micromonospores are the integral part into the actinomycete's complexes of reached biogeozenoses in humid and arid zones. The Micromonospores are dominant components in terrestrial layer of ecosystems (F and H layers of the wood litters, moss, on dry plants in the desert, in the steppe felt) at that time in the soil layer they are minor components. The micromonospores like streptomycetes form continuity in actinomycetes's distribution of the vertical structure ecosystems in the arid zones. Their distribution is interrupted in the vertical structure ecosystems in the humid zones
