Shumakovich, I.E. | Avdienko, A.N.
The content of phenasal in muscular and other tissues of internal organs of sheeps was quantified after administration of liquophen. The content of phenasal in blood serum was maximum (15 ppm) 24 hours after administration. Only 8-10 % of phenasal can be extracted from blood serum if solution of 0,1 n. HCl is not added in it. Phenasal is present in tissues of internal organs of sheeps for a long time. 8 days after administration of liquophen it is present in liver (0,8 ppm), in lungs (4 ppm) and in heart (3,25 ppm). Slaughter of animals for consumption of their meat by people can be allowed 15 days after treatment
