Contamination of raw cow milk with lead, cadmium and arsenic in Slovenia during the period 1982-1992

According to the Residue Monitoring Programme 287 samples of raw cow milk from 35 different places in Slovenia were examined for lead, cadmium and arsenic contents. Because most of all samples showed concentrations of all three elements under detection limits we proposed decreasing the number of samples of milk analyzed on Cd and As and decreasing tolerances official for all three elements - in the case of Pb we were successful
