Influence of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) in potato cultivars Saskia and Desiree: Photosynthetic activity in vivo

ABA, foliarly applied (10E-4 M) to potato cultivars in vivo strongly affected their stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and net photosynthesis. After some days (8 till 16 days) the effect of exogenous ABA in favourable conditions was lost, so that the yield and quality of potato tubers were not diminished.
