In the paper are presented the results of investigations concerning zinc activation in antropogenic soils contaminated with this element by means of introduction into them formed synthetic alumosilicates-zeolites of the 3A and 5A type. The pot experiments proved the possibility of reducing the zinc accumulation in plants cultivated on soils contaminated with this element. Synthetic zeolites introduced into the soil led to a reduction of the Zn content in lettuce leaves by 36-65 percent
