Baby corn (Rangsit 1.) grown in Hang Dong Soil Series was recommended for the experimental design at Sanpathong Rice Experiment Station, during january-April 1986. The experiment was 8 treatments in Randomized Completed Block Designs. The treatments were designed in difference on bed-width, spacing and plant per hill. Each treatment was irrigated at 20 cm soil depth of the soil moisture tension 1 atmosphere. The obtained result has showed the baby corn growing in 2 or 3 meters bed-width, spacing 50X50 cm, and three plants per hill were high in yield and in water used efficiency (wt. yield/cm of water). The 2 meters bed-width was not costly in build up bed by using tractor and human labor comparing with the 3 meters bed-width.
