The results showed a positive influence of the application of 100 and 300 kg P2O5/ha in superphosphate on total amount of amino acids. Saturated silt stay without effect, and doses of 300 kg P2O5/ha in Thomas phosphate worked negative. Fertilization decreased the content of lysine, especially NPK variant with Thomas phosphate. The content of asparagine and glutamine acids increased NPK variants with superphosphate, and some smaller NPK-Ca. On the content of cysteine and methionine very positive worked variants with superphosphate, while saturated silt and Thomas phosphate there are not influenced. The content of 7 essentially amino acids was increased by appling 100 and 300 kg/ha of P2O5 as superphosphate in NPK fertilizers. Saturated silt gave positive effect, and Thomas phosphate decreased essential amino acids content.
