The study was conducted at the Citayam experimental farm and farmer's field in Central Lampung in the wet season 1991/1992. The objective was to study the effects of macro nutrients specifically Mg, S, K and Ca on growth and yield of peanut. The design of both experiments were randomized factorial block design and each has three replication. The treatments consisted of a combination of two levels of Mg (0 and 30 kg MgO3/ha, two levels of S (0 and 30 kg S/ha), two levels of K (0 and 60 kg K2O/ha), and two levels of Ca (0 and 1 t CaO3/ha). The results showed that the interaction effects of any combination of Mg, S, K, and Ca on all parameters observed was not found. Mg fertilization and its combination of other nutrients significantly increased leaves area, chlorophyll content of leaves, dry weight of biomass, number of filled pods, 100-seed weight, and pod yields. The highest yield obtained was 2.86 t/ha at combination of Mg + S + K + Ca macro nutrients in Citayam experimental farm
