A study of work management and land use changes: A case study of large-scale upland farming after mechanization

The purpose of this paper is to analyze work management associated with land use changes in upland farming. The main points mentioned in this paper are as follows: 1) In the case of the work order, work which is mechanized or related to quality and profit has increased, and manual labor has decreased. In the case of the work formation, the number of laborers used has decreased. 2) The farmer can not adjust work management because the degree of freedom in adjusting work in peak seasons has decreased although labor efficiencies have increased
