Study on the potato selection with method of tissue culture

The tissue was sterilized in 85 percents ethanol and in 0.1 percent solution of HgCl respectively. The heat treatment was effective for getting non-virus plant. It was suitable to add 0.1 ppm, respectively in GAs,NAA and 2.4 D, and 2-3 ppm in Ki. The plantlet was treated under sunlight for 7-10 days and 5-10 days in atmosphere. Sugar concentration 6 percents in the medium was adequate to get potato in test tube.
