Varietal performance of tomato as influenced by spacing and growth promoter application (Wokozim) was studied in two cropping trials. Plants spaced at 75 cm x 75 cm were significantly taller and had more laterals and nodes, higher LAI [leaf area index], more flower trusses and heavier fruits with higher pulp-seed ratio. Planting distance of 75 x 50 cm effected higher marketable and total yield as a consequence of higher plant population. Wokozim application on both cropping trials significantly improved all the growth and yield parameters. Apollo was the tallest variety with more nodes per lateral branch, more fruits and had higher sugar content. Marikit had more laterals and the earliest to bear flowers and mature. Maigaya had more flowers and had the highest total and marketable yield. Improved Pope had bigger and heavier fruits with lower sugar content and higher acid content. Significant interaction effect were noted. Plant spaced at 75 x 75 cm applied with Wokozim had better vegetative growth with more flowers and fruits. However, a closer distance applied with Wokozim effected higher fruit yield
