Frequency analysis of dielectric loss coefficient in cereal grains

The coefficients of dielectric losses in single layer of wheat, rye and triticale grains were studied in function of electromagnetic field frequency and grain moisture content. Within the studied range of frequencies (50 Hz - 10 kHz) significant differences in the coefficient values were observed for tested grains at the moisture contents below 12.5%. Dielectric loss coefficient decreased in function of electromagnetic field frequency and grain moisture content as well
