Sprinkling irrigation did not affect the content of N, P, K, Ca, Mg or Na, neither in the grain nor in the straw of winter wheat. Nitrogen fertilization caused a significant increase of total and nitrate nitrogen content. High doses of nitrogen had significantly decreased the K level in grain but increased its straw content
