Analysis of a morphogenic microspore, multicellular structure, embryoid has been performed from embryological positions. The pathways of morphogenesis in vitro are showm to be universal. Particular emphasis has been given to a comparison of embryoidogenesis and embryogenesis. The used terminology is discussed
