Garden improvement at Sathorn road (Thonburi)

This garden of 2,710 square m situates on Sathorn Road median near Taksin junction. The area has scattered shady trees with two sitting spots. The improvement is done by adding planting beds, walkways and benches. The design process includes three steps:- 1. Survey on site and people's needs 2. Locate planting beds, prepare the soil and grow the plants 3. Evaluate the users' preference. The results of the evaluation show that walking around and sitting at the rest areas are what people like the best. People also think the improvement makes the garden more attractive.
