It was shown that the basic factor for determining radiocesium and radiostrontium yield contamination levels is the correlation between radionuclide and its carrier in soils. Variations of yield contamination levels, caused by this factor, are equal to the variations of carrier content in soils. Change of general radionuclide biological availability in "soil-plant part" link can result in the change of yield contamination levels on certain soils for radiocesium by 2,2-4,8 times, radiostrontium - 1,9-2,9 times. Change of yield contamination levels due to the differences of radionuclide biological availability, on the average, for studied soils and crops for radiocesium is 58,1 %, for radiostrontium - 46,3 %
