[Limiting permissible rate of consuming the nitrates for lactating cows]

The paper deals with the actual problem of norming daily dose of consuming nitrates with feeds and water for cows in order to obtain milk with minimal content of this chemicals. There is special dependence between amount of such a dose and amount of nitrates in milk. The necessity of carrying out the aimed nitrate monitoring at milk farms is proved. The necessity of revising the maximum permissible rates of nitrate content in some fodder crops is shown
