Effects of helatic and non helatic forms of fertilizers on grape yield and quality of the variety Gamay Teinturier

In the vineyards of Trstenik (Serbia, Yugoslavia), the experiment on the variety Gamay Teintirier on the K 5 BB rootstock was set up. 14 variants of fertilizers were included in the experiment: Zn-DTPA in form of K and NH4+ into concentrates each, Mg in the form of ETD in two concentrations, Mn-EDTA in one concentration, K2OMn-EDTA in one concentration, MgSO4 in two concentrations and ZnSO4 in one concentration. Grape yield per grapevine, number and average bunch mass, sugar and total acidity content in must were investigated. The applied fertilizers manifested the highest effect on grape yield. In the variants where the fertilizers NH4Zn-DTPA and K3Zn-DTPA were used the yield increased up to 137, i.e. 138 index points on the average in relation to untreated grapevine marked with 100 index points
