Restructuralization and revitalization of business subjects in agrobusiness

The contibution analyzes the preparation of the agro-food and service enterprises for the integration to the European economic structures. Based on selected economic indices, it shows both the organizational and socio-economic differentiation of small, medium, and large enterprises in the agro-food complex. Great attention is devoted to the revitalization of enterprise managements and functions of the support systems for the agro-food production in Slovakia. The contribution points at the strong and weak points of the business regarding economic success and supplies some ideas and theoretical starting points for increasing the efficiency of enterprises.
