Chlamydia localization in the brain and spiral cord of calves, piglets, lambs and cats has been ascertained. Inflammation symptoms in the brain and spinal cord were absent. The degeneration of nerve cells in the oblongata, cerebellum and spinal cord was established. This could be seen by shrinkage of cytoplasm and the vacuolation of its peripheral part. Vacuolation was noticed in gray matter neuropil and white matter
