[Horse body mass assessment according to its dimensions]

A total of different breeds have been weighed and measured in steed stables of Lithuania. The data of their weight were checked against to the formula suggested by H.Meyer for determining the mass according to body measurements. The mass of the horses obtained by weighing them was only 2,74% larger then that obtained by the formula (p0,001). A high correlation coefficient (r
