Gender analysis are included in the present situation to provide viable information for policy makers to give developmental support in nation building. Nutrition is the foundation of good health. The nutritional status of the individual is the end result of interaction and interrelated forces in the community. This study was conducted to assess gender on nutritional knowledge, attitudes and practices in rice based farming system in different municipalities of Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat provinces [Philippines]. This contains description of the research method, participants of the study, instruments used, data gathered, procedure and analysis of data. Respondents are knowledgeable that our bodies are built from the food we eat. It is a process that transform the food into the blood supplying life and strength to nerves, muscles and tissues. Food should be chosen the best to supply the element needed for body building. Tribe (female) affects nutritional attitudes while age, occupation, income and educational attainment affects nutritional attitudes, practices and knowledge. Diseases and sufferings prevail everywhere due to the popular error to diet. Cooks should know how to prepare simple food in a simple and healthful manner
