From the skin of grape berries of Cadaca and Coarna Neagra vine varieties, 17 anthocyanic derivatives were separated, indentified and quantified. From Coarna Neagra and Feteasca regala vine varieties were separated, identified and determined catechines - epicathechines and 7 procyanidol percentage contents. Analysis method and results obtained by H.P.L.C. separation of these phenolic compounds are reported. The authors compare and characterise these vine varieties according to the composition of the anthocyanic pigments, wich are classified either by their glucoside component, or by the aglyconique (annthocyanidinique) one. Similarities between these vine varieties and other European Vitis vinifera varieties are found.
