إنجليزي. An analysis of the observation of photosynthetic activity, of leaf structure, leaf area as well as of total amount of chlorophyll content and its a and b component is presented. It results from the data measured that P sub(n) and r sub(s) exhibit a marked daily course. It is taking a character of double peak curve for both characteristics in measured crown level. By means of measured anatomical, morphological and biochemical characteristics the beech crown space can be divided into three physiologically different parts
