Effects of fertility indicator level, insemination interval, insemination index, service period and parturition interval on milk performance in terms of standardized lactations in cows were investigated. Whereas fertility indicators worsened, milk performance increased in a group of 480 cows and 1,393 lactations at an average milk performance of 4,899 kg of milk. This was significantly proven in cows with above-average fertility indicators (greater than or equal to plus 1s) and at a milk performance of over 5,000 kg of milk. An exception was a small group of old cows, where there was a deviation of greater than or equal to plus 3s
