Residues of tylosin and oxytetracycline during honey storage

Changes in the content of tylosin and oxytetracycline during honey storage were observed at laboratory temperature. The presence of drugs was proved using the microbiological diffuse methods. Tylosin in honey is a highly stable antibacterial substance and during the observed period its content changed only slighty. Oxytetracycline persisted in honey a shorter period than tylosin, but the inhibitory zone of 1.5 mm was found also after seven months
