Najdenovska, O.V.
The object of inquiries were influence of sewage mud, lumbrical fertilizer and NPK, on the number of aminoheterotrophs, aminoautotrophs, nitrificators, azotobacter, fungus and celulolitic microorganisms in soil under potatoes. It was shown that the number of microorganisms in soil under potatoes in both years of investiogations, depended of kind and doses of fertilizers, kinds of microorganisms, depth of pedological profile, climatic conditions of the region and time of taking samples. Placing of organic and mineral fertilizers, created increasing of the number of almost all investigated groups of microorganisms, with respect that organic fertilizers had bigger influence on the number than mineral fertilizers. With increasing the amount of sewage mud, the number of almost all investigated groups of microorganisms increased. The greatest number of almost all investigated groups of microorganisms is gained with variant with lumbrical fertilizers, and the smallest with NPK fertilizer. Number of almost all investigated groups of microorganisms in all variants of investigations is greatest in soil layer of 20-30 cm.
