In a way, this paper presents a different interpretation of the geological structure of Fruska Gora (hill, Serbia, Yugoslavia). On the basis of son new data and the reinterpretation of the old ones, the authors have reached to the quite new conclusions about the existing quantities of ground water in Fruska Gora. The point is, that, so far, it has been considered that there are no possibilities for the use of ground water in Fruska Gora. However, the paper shows that in this region it is possible to captivate the quantities of water that could satisfy the need.
