Electron-microscopic study on nodule ultrastructure of Phaseolus vulgaris

An investigation has been carried on by a pot experiment with leached chernozem. The following versions of the experiment has been studied: 1. unfertilized; 2. PK; 3. PKMo; 4. PKMo and presowing nitrogen application; 5. PKMo and later nitrogen application at the phase of budding begining. Investigations have been done during two phases of plants growth: 1. budding begining; 2. flowering. No significant changes were discovered in the nodule ultrastructure during the phases which were examined. In nodule ultrastructure were noticed symptoms of degradation and senescence in the versions with unfaborable ratio of macroelements in soil. Symptoms of degradation and senescence were noticed in nodule ultrastructure during the period of flowering in the version of later nitrogen application.
