This research sought to analyze how science and technology (S & T) is communicated in Philippine setting by looking into the process and content of science communication. The major means of disseminating S & T information - the educational system, the mass media, and the government and non-government agencies engaged in S & T work in the country - were studied. In the process, problems in the promotion of S & T and in the dissemination of S & T information were identified. Situating the study against the historical perspective of S & T development in the country hopefully enriched the research
