Late blight control with the use of lower doses of active ingredients of fungicides

Effective late blight control requires multiple application of fungicides which presents a threat to the environment. In the paper several possibilities of the decreased use of fungicides were discussed: - contact fungicides/leaf applied fertilizer mixtures; - lower doses of fungicides in potato cultivars with high level of resistance to late blight; - incorporation into the sequence of sprayings of the fungicides with lower active ingredient use
