The capability of micro-organisms for yielded biosurfactants was tested in a laboratory test with application of bacterial inoculant which was isolated from crude oil contaminated. The biosurfactants production was evaluated by the determination of surface tension of aqueous solutions using the stalagmometrical method. The pure-culture experiment was mineral liquid and after sterilisation the bacterial inoculant and 2 percent n-hexadecane (aliphatic hydrocarbon with linear chain) were added. The temperature of laboratory test was 20 Celsius degrees. The surface tension of aqueous solutions increased. This is the proof of biosurfactants production.
